2011-12 High School Lunar Research Competition Award Winning Team

The Kickapoo High School Lunar Research Team presented their research Stratified Boulders as Indicators of Layered Plutons on the Lunar Nearside at the NASA Lunar Science Institute's Forum in Moffett Field, CA July 17-19. Their project was well received and this team again took home the honor of placing third in the poster competition. 

In addition to this conference, the team's research was presented at the Lunar Highlands Conference in Bozeman, MT.
