to Astronomy
Astronomy is a multidisciplinary, laboratory based course which examines the
structure and compostion of the planets, stars, galaxies and the universe. Topics include, but are not limited too, observing
the night sky, planetary features, planetary motions, the Sun, stars, galaxies, and the universe. This course is offered as
dual enrollment through OTC for 4 credit hours.
Prerequisites
for this course: Intergrated Science. Algebra and/or Geometry are recommended but not required.
